Stuffed civet in a Ho Chi Minh City market. Any respectable coffee shop in Vietnam sells "weasel coffee" beans, which have passed through the intestines of local civet cat. Their digestive enzymes ferment the beans, giving the coffee a nutty, chocolatey flavor. Sounds gross, but it's the most expensive coffee in the world, selling for over $50/cup in London and New York. #coffee #culture #Vietnam #travel
